The Eagles Perch makes you feel like you're up in the trees looking out over the river coming right at you, and the Cascades in the far distance and Mt Index, soaring majestically over you. This 700 sq ft. spacious studio is perfect for a romantic getaway for 2 or a family of 6.
(You can also rent The Bears Den downstairs, which allows you to accommodate up to 10 in total. Both apartments enter into a foyer, then two separate doors give you access to your own private dwelling).
The Eagles Perch offers all the creature comforts of home. full Kitchen, full bathroom, propane fireplace, washer/dryer, King Size High Bed, Queen leather sleeper sofa, and loveseat, tv, wifi, large deck with propane bbq, adirondack chairs and ottomans.
Living Room:
The sitting area has a large sofa, tables, reading lamps, and a desk. Over by the fireplace is a cozy loveseat where one can cuddle up, read a good book, watch a movie or take in the amazing views just outside your window.
Built in pine bookshelves are filled with movies, games, and a large assortment of books to choose from.
Kitchen:
Beautiful cherry wood cabinets wrap around this kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator.
There are lots of small electric appliances too:- Coffee pot with instant hot water feature, crock pot, indoor grill, toaster and wok.
A breakfast bar with two stools looks out over the fantastic views and a dining table with four chairs serves as your dining area.
Bedroom:
CA King High bed, used to be a waterbed but I've put in a real mattress. Lots of pillows for a couple to snuggle, and great views out of all the windows. Plus a Queen Leather Sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and a Queen Serta Blow up bed will provide room for up to 6 to sleep here.
Bathroom:
Full bathroom with shower, pedestal sink, toilet, and claw foot tub. Plus a washer/dryer. Towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer and first aid kit are all supplied.
Deck:
You will feel like your taking advantage of what the Eagles see! High up, looking out over the river, mountains and hills, this majestic view point will I'm sure get used alot. With adirondack chairs and ottomans you can sit back by a propane fire table and enjoy nature. A Propane BBQ to cook on and a bistro table and chairs finish off the deck area.
Other high points: Large carport to park under, A Generac to keep you with electricity in the storms, if there was a loss of power. Two waterfalls within a mile of the lodge to view, which are not open to the public so you must stay in this gated community to view them. Only 25 minutes up to Stevens Pass for skiing, sledding and other winter fun. Lots of hikes around this area to enjoy!
